2024 Marching Band Fees
Base Band Fee for All Students: $500* (includes $100 non-refundable deposit)
Guard and Percussion Additional Fee: $30
Marching Shoes - Our shoe vendor will be onsite during band camp for shoe fitting and purchase. Shoes are $50 and will be paid directly to the vendor the day of the fitting. This is a separate fee and is not included in the band fees. Used shoes may be available at a reduced rate.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required by all students to hold a spot in the marching show. This is to help finalize the number of students participating for the drill to be written.
Deposits are due by May 31st. No Deposit = No Participation!
payments and discounts
*Early Bird/Pay-in-Full Discount: Pay in full by the last day of band camp (August 9th) and receive a $50 discount, reducing your total fees to $450 ($480 for guard and percussion).
Multi-student Discount: Families with multiple students participating will receive a discount of $50 per student. Cannot be combined with the Early Bird Discount.
Not Paying in Full?
We understand it is not always feasible to pay in full. Below is a suggested payment timeline. However, you may make payments in any amount and as often as needed, provided all fees are paid in full no later than October 15th.
All fees must be fully paid no later than October 15th.
Students may not be able to attend various school and/or band activities if they have outstanding band fees, including Prom and Graduation ceremonies. There will be opportunities for students to earn credit toward their band fees throughout the season. However, these credits may be applied toward future fees and activities.
Angel fund Hardship request
While we never want to deny participation due to financial concerns, running a successful program requires teamwork by all, including payments, fundraising and volunteering. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Card* payments via the Payment Portal button above.
*a 3% processing fee will be added to all payments via Apple Pay, Credit Card, and Venmo Credit Card payments. Venmo and Zelle via direct bank transfer are FREE payment options (no fees).
Cash: Please place cash payments in an envelope labeled with reason for payment, $ amount enclosed, and the student’s name. Place envelope in black payment box in band room. Note - we are unable to make change. If you do not have exact change, we will credit your student’s account with the excess payment, to be applied toward future charges.
Check: Make payable to Stratford Band Boosters - include the student’s name and reason for payment in the memo or on the envelope. Place envelope in black payment box in the band room.
Zelle: StratfordbandsSC@gmail.com is the registered name to send payments via Zelle - NO FEES! Be sure to include reason for payment and student’s name.
Venmo: @Stratford-HighBands Be sure to include the reason for payment and student’s name. We cannot credit your student’s account without the name.
Payment Portal/Credit Card payments: The pay portal link may be used to make payments via Credit Card or Apple Pay. Please note, a 3% processing fee is added. Click the Make Payments Here button to access the payment portal.
