Angel Fund Hardship Request 

We understand that participating in band can be expensive and we never want to deny any student participation due to financial concerns. However, running a successful program requires teamwork across the board.  For this reason, we have created the Angel Fund Hardship Request.   

If you need help paying your band fees and feel you meet the requirements listed below, complete the Hardship Request Form on the band website, www.stratfordband.org, to have your request reviewed.  If approved, we will match, dollar for dollar, the amount fundraised and/or hours volunteered by you or your student.  The remaining balance will be your responsibility. 

Eligible participants must: 

• Qualify for free/reduced lunch program through Berkeley County 

• Explain a need for the hardship – to be reviewed confidentially 

• Participate in fundraising efforts 

• Participate in volunteering efforts
