Angel Fund Hardship Program
We understand that participating in band can be expensive and we never want to deny any student participation due to financial concerns. However, running a successful program requires teamwork across the board. For this reason, we have created the Angel Fund Hardship Program.
If you need help paying your band fees and feel you meet the requirements listed below, complete the Angel Fund Hardship Request Form linked below. Your request will be reviewed confidentially by the Executive Board and Directors only. You will be notified of approval status and amount via email. Any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
We encourage students to fundraise as much as possible. Students can earn 100% of their fees through Individual Fundraisers.
Eligible first year marchers can receive up to 100% assistance, provided funds are available. Assistance will be reduced by 25% each year, as student fundraising increases. Exact amount of assistance is dependent upon available funds.
Eligibility Requirements:
Qualify for free/reduced lunch program through Berkeley County School District
Have a clear balance from previous year
Explain a need for the hardship – to be reviewed confidentially
